Conscious Leadership & Ecological Learning

A programme of immersive leadership retreats in threatened ecosystems and temperate rainforests, engaging Indigenous knowledge holders, researchers and practitioners in rethinking leadership through relational ecological understanding. The work is informed by emerging dialogues on Indigenous sovereignty, planetary ethics and climate education as captured in the film emerging from the first CSC gathering.

HomeRun STEP helps councils understand the school run as a connected system: pupils, families, schools, streets, transport networks, public funding and public health.

By modelling pupil journeys and turning fragmented data into a shared evidence base, STEP helps local leaders target action where it can increase walking and cycling, reduce car trips, improve safety, and create more resilient communities.
Our Projects
The Centre for Systemic Change is developing a growing portfolio of collaborative projects  building on action and collaborations emerging from the dialogues and our networks guided by areas identified by Project Drawdown as among the greatest leverage points for addressing the interconnected crises of climate, inequality, health, education and social resilience.

These initiatives are designed to move beyond addressing symptoms, and instead explore the conditions for deeper systemic transformation across education, leadership, cities, mobility, food systems and cultural change.
Together, these projects form an evolving ecosystem of applied work - designed to test, ground and scale insights emerging from the Centre’s core inquiry into systemic change.
