The 100 Year Dialogue

A series of dialogues and events in widely different locations across the globe, from Cambridge Colleges to rainforests  - exploring how deep systemic change becomes possible.

Small, carefully held conversations across difference.

The Dialogues create space for deeper inquiry into the forces that shape systems: power, incentives, assumptions, fear, responsibility and imagination. They explore the questions often avoided inside institutions:|

  • Why does meaningful change fail to take root?

  • Where does power resist transformation?

  • What cannot currently be said?

  • What kinds of relationships enable deeper change?

What is the
100 Year Dialogue?

The question: Not only what needs to change, but why change so often fails to take root.
